Return & Refund Policy

At Avenue Technical Academy, we value our students and strive to provide the highest quality of training and services. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which course fees or payments may be refunded or adjusted.

1. Course Fee Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

• A student withdraws from a course before the start date.
• A course is cancelled or postponed by Avenue Technical Academy.
• A student is unable to continue due to valid medical or emergency reasons, supported by proper documentation.

Refund requests made after classes have started will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to deductions for administrative or training costs.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following payments are non-refundable:

• Registration or admission fees
• Study materials, uniforms, or toolkits issued to students
• Fees paid for completed classes, workshops, or examinations

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

1. Submit a written application to the administration office or email hmahmuddaudkandi@gmail.com.
2. Include your full name, course name, receipt number, and reason for the request.
3. Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 15–30 business days to the original payment method or as a cheque.

4. Course Transfers

If a student wishes to transfer to another course or batch, this may be allowed subject to availability and approval. Any fee difference will be adjusted accordingly, but registration fees remain non-transferable.

5. Online Payments

For online payments, refunds (if applicable) will be credited back to the same account used for payment. Avenue Technical Academy is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.

6. Academy’s Rights

Avenue Technical Academy reserves the right to:

• Modify or update this policy at any time.
• Deduct reasonable administrative charges from any approved refund.
• Deny refunds if the policy conditions are not met.
